Director General Liu got his Master’s degree at Imperial College London, majoring in Environmental Engineering. He has served in the Taiwan EPA for 25 years. He has been involved in the program of International Environmental Partnership and Global Environmental Education Partnership since 2014, when he served as the Executive Secretary of Office of Sustainable Development with US EPA. He is now the Director General in the Department of Comprehensive Planning in Taiwan EPA, in charge of EE policy and environmental impact assessment.
